Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-26
The service
Omni ("we", "us") provides a multi-tenant omnichannel inbox: your organization ("customer", "you") connects messaging channels (website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email) so your team can manage conversations with your contacts from one shared inbox, with optional AI-assisted replies and summaries. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account and organization
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your organization's information and for keeping member accounts secure.
- You're responsible for having a lawful basis to message your contacts through each channel you connect.
- Each customer organization's data is isolated from every other organization at the database level.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to violate a channel provider's own policies (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft), to store content you don't have the right to process, or to attempt to access another organization's data.
AI features
AI-assisted reply suggestions, summaries and auto-labeling are generated by third-party model providers (see our Privacy Policy for the current list). AI output can be wrong — you're responsible for reviewing anything sent to a contact.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, Khalti or eSewa. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Data deletion and termination
You may export or delete your organization's data at any time from your settings, or by contacting us. See Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
